How do I return an item I bought online or in the store?
We are not currently accepting returns. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out to us if you have an issue with an item you received.
In time, we plan to return to our past policy, which was: If you are not, within 14 days of receiving your shipment or purchasing in-store, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may authorize a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If I buys something online, can I pick it up in the store?
Yes, just let us know to hold it for you and be sure you can pick it up within 2-3 days of the purchase time.
We love in-store pick up. We are a small, independently owned shop, so it is often easier to hold an item for pick up in the store than to ship it out or deliver locally. Items available online can be picked up in the store within 2-3 days to save on shipping costs. Immediately after making your purchase online, simply email email@example.com and request to make arrangements to pick up your gift our Main Street Market, Charlottesville, VA store.
Of course, you can always make your purchase in-person in our store. Just remember, we don’t have large quantities of each product. Consider snagging what you love online before it goes.
Some of our items online are shipped directly from a vendor and we do not hold the items in the store inventory. If this is the case for an item you request, we will be in touch to let you know when it will be available in store.
What is you shipping policy? Do you ship internationally?
Basketful does not currently ship internationally. If there's something with which you have fallen in love, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can explore possibilities.
I want to purchase an item I saw in the store or on Instagram, but I don’t see it online. Can I still purchase it?
If we still have it, yes! We are working to add more products to our website all the time, but we can sell an item by phone that is not yet online. We can set it up for pick up or deliver it to you (shipping charges will apply). Just send us an email to email@example.com describing the product and we’ll see what we can do!
Do you do wedding or gift registries?
We do. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to learn how to create a registry for your event.
Wedding guests and friends, email email@example.com to receive the wedding registry items available at Basketful for your favorite couple.
